      The Associate's Degree in Leadership: This degree is for people with little or no college experience, and who want a "Fast-Track" business foundation with an emphasis on traditional American family and Christian values. This degree precedes -- and lays a foundation for -- our Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration & Management. After all, "leadership" is a sub-discipline within the overall field of management, so this degree provides the basic knowledge and skills necessary to enter the full management program if desired ... or to simply gain the promotions and rewards that a degree in Leadership offers.

      The Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration & Management: This degree is for people who have a two-year Associate's Degree -- or who've earned previous college credits in the military, a community college, or at another college or university -- and who want a fast, affordable, and convenient way to finish what they started. The degree teaches better communicating, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to executives, managers, supervisors and professional personnel at all levels -- and it does so with an emphasis on traditional American family and Christian values. In academic circles, our degrees are known as "accelerated" degrees because they give students a way to earn valuable management degrees in about half the time (and at about half the cost) of ordinary college degrees.
